Research & Marketing Coordinator

Lee & Associates - Central Coast is seeking an organized, reliable and task- oriented Research and Marketing Coordinator to join our team of professionals in our Santa Barbara office. This position requires a person who can be responsible for prioritizing projects in order to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Research and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for listing administration, the development of marketing materials and the collection and maintenance of all research data. Research: Research and compile data on all commercial sales and leases in Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties Contact commercial brokerage firms to request sale and lease information Upload all commercial listings, sales and leases to internal database Support sales staff by providing availability, sale and lease data and reports Run availability and comp reports weekly and on an as needed basis Listing Administration: Draft listing amendments for sales agents Upload new internal listings to internal database Upload and maintain all internal listings on 3rd party marketing sites Notify agents of pending listing expirations Facilitate sign requests Marketing: Create and update marketing documents including brochures, offering memorandums, postcards, BOVs and e-blasts Edit, enhance and archive digital photos of buildings, site plans, floor plans, aerials, maps, logos, etc. Update and maintain files in marketing folders Proofread all copy for content accuracy and spelling and punctuation errors prior to distribution Create material for social media sites and upload material regularly Maintain and update e-blast email lists Provide market demographics Bind and assemble reports Create and distribute press releases Generate aerials Additional Responsibilities: Field all incoming calls and inquiries Greet and direct visitors Retrieve and distribute incoming mail Participate in regular support staff meetings and division meetings Other duties as assigned Skills / Qualifications: 2-3 years of graphic design experience or any similar combination of education and experience Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite Fast and accurate data entry skills Excellent written communication skills and proofreading skills Adaptability and proficiency in learning new software/in- house platforms Detail oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple projects at any given time Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions Commercial real estate experience preferred but not required
