KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) • Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel; Google Apps; • Working knowledge of publications software and social media platforms; • Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education; • High level of organizational skills; • Ability to work without supervision; • Ability to work as part of a team; • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school system staff, staff members of external funding agencies, and the community. • Assists in overseeing the creation, distribution, and promotion of digital and print materials for the Wake County Public School System’s (WCPSS) Office of Early Learning. Provides customer support to workshop participants around issues related to registration and licensure/CEU credit. • Provides additional administrative and logistical support to Project Enlightenment, WCPSS, and community outreach efforts, as needed.
