The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the sr. manager in the daily management of the full-service, self-service, grab n go, retail market area and bar’s operations. These objectives include assisting in the selection, development, and training of all team members. Ensure all Corporate Catering orders; food, service, presentation timing, and pricing are consistent. Hands on approach to Assist in any area of the restaurant or restaurant market area when the staffing is the constraint.
