RESTAURANT MANAGER

The Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the sr. manager in the daily management of the full-service, self-service, grab n go, retail market area and bar’s operations. These objectives include assisting in the selection, development, and training of all team members. Ensure all Corporate Catering orders; food, service, presentation timing, and pricing are consistent. Hands on approach to Assist in any area of the restaurant or restaurant market area when the staffing is the constraint. Must be able to provide a minimum of three professional references Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills Positive and confident attitude Highly organized and punctual Outgoing personality Thrives in a high energy, high-volume, high speed environment Team player Efficient and skilled multi-tasker Attention to detail Keen eye for aesthetics and decor Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong ability in putting together concise emails Flexible schedule
