Retail Graphics / Marketing Designer

This is for an initial duration of 9 months and is located in Boston, MA. Description: • Seeking a Designer who has strong fundamental graphic design skills and passion for the brand. • In this role, you will be responsible for working with our Retail Marketing and Brand leads to design comprehensive, brand-right marketing materials for our stores. • This role requires a passion for how consumers engage through product, platforms, and people, as well as a drive to challenge convention and innovate in retail marketing. Requirements: • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with a focus on retail brand/account marketing • Experience developing retail consumer journeys and programming at retail • Understanding of retail, visual merchandising, marketplace, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing • Understanding of digital platforms including Apps, Email, SEO, Performance Marketing and Social Media • Ability to lead and manage multiple projects while remaining detail-oriented and able to deliver against functional deadlines • Ability to lead marketing plan development and execution process end-to-end • Experience with managing budgets, authoring marketing briefs and working with external agencies • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills • Analytical skills and business acumen.
