Retail Store Manger/Graphic Designer

Pay: $15-$22 per hour plus commission Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team and drive store success. Lead and supervise store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across all departments.Develop and implement sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and merchandising plans to maximize revenue.Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, purchasing, and pricing to optimize product availability and profitability.Oversee cash handling, cashiering, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store budgeting activities with accuracy.Provide training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in retail sales, customer service, POS systems, and product knowledge.Maintain excellent communication with team members and customers alike, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through effective phone etiquette and organizational skills.Experience Proven management experience in a retail environment, preferably with assistant manager or supervisory roles.Strong background in retail math, sales management, inventory management, and store operations.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities efficiently.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, merchandising techniques, and marketing strategies.Excellent organizational skills combined with effective time management to oversee shift management and daily store functions.
