Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and determine their printing and retail needs with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist customers in selecting appropriate print solutions, including wide format prints, banners, posters, and custom graphics
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for retail transactions, including cash register operations, cash handling, and processing sales accurately
Provide product demos to showcase printing capabilities and other store offerings to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and maintaining an organized store environment
Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, providing information on services and guiding customers effectively
Upsell complementary products and services to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required
Retail/customer service experience
Good communication and people skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Outstanding phone skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Able to lift 40+ pounds

Experience

Prior experience in retail sales or customer service roles is highly preferred
Strong background in graphic design or familiarity with wide format printing techniques is a significant advantage
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings
Knowledge of POS systems, cash register operations, retail math, and cash drawer handling is essential
Excellent communication skills combined with friendly phone etiquette will help foster positive customer interactions
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and product estimates
