Job Description RDG introduces its first restaurant-concept brand, MILA, which offers guests a culinary journey through exquisite MediterrAsian cuisine, opened in January 2020 in Miami Beach. Combining genuine hospitality, fine dining, and a sophisticated nightlife atmosphere, MILA has quickly become a premier destination within Miami's upscale social scene. At RDG, we are a collective of individuals dedicated to excellence and the art of sensory engagement. We embrace the rhythms of life and are motivated by the thrill of adventure. * Design high-impact motion graphics for DJ marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across RDG brands * Develop scalable visual systems that can be implemented consistently across multiple venues * Create dynamic, rhythm-driven edits synced to music and event energy * Build reusable motion templates to support recurring campaigns and lineup updates * Adapt creative across social platforms and in-venue screens * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to structured approval timelines * Collaborate closely with the Creative and Social Media Team and report directly to the Senior Creative Lead * Maintain brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries * Stay current with motion trends, nightlife aesthetics, and evolving digital formats Requirements/Qualifications: * Undergraduate degree or diploma in Design, Motion Graphics, or related field * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects required; Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere essential) * Experience with 3D tools (Cinema 4D or similar platforms) preferred * Strong portfolio demonstrating motion systems, typography in motion, and campaign-level thinking * Highly organized with disciplined file management and workflow structure * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Must speak fluent English * PORTFOLIO REQUIRED: We ask all applicants to include a PDF or website portfolio along with their resume.
