Title: Graphic Designer Reporting to: Chief Marketing Officer Overview of Role The Graphic Designer supports the Marketing & Communications team by creating high-quality visual communications that strengthen the company's brand, elevate its market presence, and support strategic business initiatives. This role provides creative design support across print, digital, social media, events, recruiting, internal communications, public relations, client support, and business development efforts. The Graphic Designer collaborates with marketing, public relations, business development, and internal teams to develop compelling visual materials that communicate expertise, support client engagement, and drive business growth. Design internal communications such as newsletters, employee recognition materials, company announcements, recruiting campaigns, and corporate culture initiatives. Essential physical tasks include: the ability to work on a computer and the ability to answer and speak on a telephone.
