We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support brand, marketing, and property-level creative initiatives across our portfolio. Requirements What You'll Do • Design marketing collateral for commercial properties, including brochures, fact sheets, flyers, and pitch decks • Create visual identities and sub-brands for properties, projects, and campaigns • Produce digital graphics for social media, website, email communications, and paid promotional channels • Design and manage signage, environmental graphics, display boards, and event collateral • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual storytelling • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure final output is polished, accurate, and on-brand • Support leasing and development presentations with clear layouts and storytelling-focused design • Manage multiple projects with attention to detail, timelines, and quality What You Bring • 2 to 5 years of graphic design experience in marketing, real estate, agency, architecture, hospitality, or a related environment • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • A portfolio that demonstrates clean layout work, typography skills, and brand consistency • Ability to translate conceptual vision into polished execution • Comfortable working collaboratively and presenting creative concepts • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage projects from concept through production Nice to Have • Experience working in commercial real estate, architecture, interiors, hospitality, or placemaking design • Basic knowledge of social content strategy or web content updates (WordPress, Squarespace, or similar) • Experience with photography direction, video editing, or motion graphics Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
