Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team in-office, 5 days per week, in the vibrant Biltmore area of Phoenix. This role focuses on creating high-quality designs for site plans, aerial visuals, custom flyers, and email campaign materials, providing critical support for various projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop professional site plans and engaging aerial visuals tailored to project requirements.Design custom flyers and marketing collateral to support campaigns and promotions.Create compelling assets for email campaigns that align with branding and marketing goals.Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency across all materials.Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and PhotoshopExperience with Canva and PowerPoint is preferred but not required.3-5 years of professional Graphic Design experienceStrong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while contributing to a collaborative, design-focused team.
