Job Description:As a Graphic Designer on Ryan's national marketing team, you will create high-quality, dynamic designs that achieve marketing objectives and reflect the Ryan brand. Some things you can expect to do: Create custom digital and print designs used in a variety of creative projects including print and digital advertisements; proposals; brochures; social media graphics; websites; jobsite marketing; apparel; and promotional materialsCreate fresh, original, creative artwork in support of Yellow Truck CreativeDevelop templates and guidelines that empower users of all skill levelsProvide coaching and training to corporate and regional InDesign usersCoordinate production with vendors including sign, print, and publicationsKeep organized and easily accessible electronic files so work can be shared among all colleaguesUse Wrike, our marketing project management software, to organize and track projectsProvide design guidance and oversight on strategic marketing materialsEnsure all designs adhere to brand standards and complement existing brand materials.Contribute to structure improvements and department best practice processesTo succeed in this role, you must have: Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite experience5 years graphic design experience on a corporate marketing or agency team5 years of experience successfully executing original designs - created independently - from concept through production with a portfolio of stunning samples of your workExperience coordinating and overseeing production of media and marketing materialsExperience designing for digital and print materialsKnowledge of and/or experience in a broader marketing role is helpfulFour-year degree in graphic design or related field is requiredYou will really stand out if you have:Superior technical skills, with advanced knowledge of the full Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent design sense, able to create custom design with minimal directionCurrent in design trends including color schemes, fonts, stylesAble to train/coach others in technical design skillsStrong collaboration skills, able to work with a wide range of personalitiesA strong drive to succeed balanced with a desire to bring people along on the rideStrong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlinesDiscipline to follow processes and manage prioritiesStrong desire to learn and grow and passion to explore new design trends and approachesIdeal candidate is not easily daunted or intimidated, displays confidence in the face of skepticismCandidate shares the Ryan values and adds to the positive spirit of the team and the Ryan culture overallEligibility:Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.Compensation:The base pay is $29.94 - $38.00 per hour.
