Our client in Anaheim is looking for a full-time Sales Administrative Assistant. You will be assisting the sales team in preparing quotes, reporting, and coordinating insert orders and other special mailing jobs for current and prospective clients Primary responsibilities include: *Prepare price quotations for current and potential customers for print which include: Traditional inserts to be included with client documents *Special mailing projects (Rate notices, Postcards, Election material, etc.) *Envelope message overprinting *Custom materials per client specifications *Become familiar with the pricing and function of services offered *Consult with company personnel and/or vendors to discuss or formulate estimates *Keep a detailed report on project status and update it daily or as needed *Perform other related duties as directed by manager Required Qualifications: *College degree or combination of education and experience equaling four years.
