Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We create a home for our guests - and we care for our employees like family. \\- Enter into Tripleseat and track form submissions \\- Upload all client lead information into Triple Seat \\- Ensure Tripleseat documents, prompts, and templates are up to date and accurate - Maintain event’s (triple seat/ google) calendar for all departments including site visits, programming events, tentative holds, groups in house and reminders \\- Print and distribute BEOs on meeting and event days \\- Build, print and distribute Production schedule on meeting days \\- Ensuring sales presentation materials, brochures and menus are on brand and up to date \\- Coordinate with Front Desk site visits, event planner meetings, event day needs - Compile monthly and weekly sales/ event reporting \\- Pulling quarterly commission invoices from Stay and Touch for sales \\- Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current while coordinating new material creation as needed \\- Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership Marketing Responsibilities: \\- Supporting the Corporate Director of Marketing maintains a regular social media presence on property social channels (Instagram and Facebook) in collaboration with the DOSE and CDM.
