Sales and Marketing Specialist

This will include industry research on competitors’ pricing and products; development of digital marketing content and email sales campaigns; and provide administrative support to key customers, national accounts, management and sales team as needed. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as, HubSpot, email campaign platforms, social distribution, content management, graphic design, and Google analytics • Ability to deliver excellent customer service • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast pace environment • Advanced experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Access, Excel & PowerPoint) Essential Functions: • Manage ongoing development, maintenance and reporting of CRM • Works closely with VP of Marketing and Business Development to manage used oil pricing for all customers. • Assist with company website updates and digital marketing content. • Maintains and updates Sales Compensation reports for Payroll. • Prepares and distributes sales results and performance reports.
