Sales Enablement Learning Graphic Designer

As a Sales Enablement Learning Designer, you’ll get to design and build a variety of sales enablement training programs, courses, and assets to help develop knowledge and skills across the sales teams. If you are a creative person that likes to design workshops, edit videos, design graphics, outline courses, streamline copy, facilitate instructor-led training, and create visually compelling slides, then this role may be a great fit for you! What You'll Do • Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to develop content • Graphic Design: Create logos, diagrams, infographics, process flowcharts and other visual content (and for learning programs) • Lesson Design: Design interactive assets, courseware, and videos using adult learning theory that appeals to various learning styles and international audiences. • 3+ years of experience in graphic and/or instructional design • Eye for Design: able to create visually appealing courses, content, diagrams and slides that are clean, modern and well laid out.
