**Job Summary** The Sales and Leasing Coordinator will work with the residential department on tasks that involve leasing units, creating marketing strategies for current and new properties and assist with business development tasks. Knowledge of social media marketing campaigns is preferred Must have strong written skills and have the ability to synthesize information to determine a course of action Ability to type 50 WPM is preferred 9. The ability to drive a vehicle is occasional.
