We are a digital media company located in the northwest Houston metro area and are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to fill a B2B sales position in digital Outdoor media sales. Qualified candidates must be goal oriented with the ability to manage themselves on a day-to-day basis. Key Responsibilities: Create a network of Digital Out of Home Host Locations Bring new clients to the company Maintaining existing accounts Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets by making cold calls, RFP calls, service calls, and in-person meetings in an effort to build business relationships Perform the functions required to initiate new accounts, follow-up with customers to sell and/or resolve problems, answer questions, correspondence, and reports Prepare and present proposals and quotes Help with operations when needed, as assigned by upper management Attend sales seminars, sales meetings, or educational activities to stay up- to-date on the attest developments in the market Training: Comprehensive training on the business, sales pitch, and sales strategy will be provided in the first few weeks Experience and qualifications: Experience in business development in the digital media, outdoor media, and/or direct marketing industries is required At least 5-7 years of prior B2B sales experience Excellent communication and networking skills Experience with social media, content creation, graphic design, and/or video editing is preferred Aptitude for quickly understanding and implementing new technology Proficiency with computers and various software applications (MS Office suite, Adobe, email, file sharing) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Transportation required
