The Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Representative position will be responsible for supporting the SBIR sales team with daily quote opportunities and customer service issues via email and phone support. • Support repairs team including: • Track and follow-up on existing submitted quotations with customers • Strong reasoning ability to define a problem, collect pertinent data and help draw valid conclusions to find a solution to a customer’s problem
