Learn more about us at www.HostaHill.com Basic Functions: The Sales Representative will oversee the day to day operations of Hosta Hill’s sales and maintain and grow high level relationships with key business accounts and distributors. This person is a key member of our team and will be responsible for the growth and development of sales in the larger Northeast territory. You will help create strategy and set goals with the company's owners, and will execute them in an independent manner. • Identify chain stores and institutions we align with and a distribution company that can deliver • Manage all distributor relationships including contract negotiations • Work with distributors to set up promotional schedules including sales, in- store demos, etc • Support and encourage our distributors as needed to leverage their sales team • Work with a graphic designer to enhance current, and develop updated/new Hosta Hill sales assets (i.e. sales sheets, cards, shelf talkers, etc) • Keep our website up to date with our current account list • Track all sales activity in Hosta Hill’s CRM and develop new systems as needed • Work with production manager to understand inventory levels and align production with growth trajectory • Troubleshoot and improve any systems that are not working.
