About the position: The Print Solutions Manager (PSM) is a key part of Boone Graphic’s Business Development Team. A PSM should have excellent skills in prompt client communication, an understanding of consumer behavior, and an ability to prepare and hold organized meetings. Attention to detail is also highly important in order to pass off to Project Managers coupled with best practices of maintaining good client records and means of tracking and reporting. Ultimately, a successful Print Solutions Manager will grow our company’s sales revenue through existing and net new accounts. Responsibilities Include: -Self- starter and someone who brings ideas to a team -Able to make cold calls/educated calls based upon research and prospecting tools to a list of prospect accounts in order to grow net new sales -Must demonstrate ability to work in a sales process and take lead role in dozens of concurrent sales activities while working within our customer relationship management (CRM) system -Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships -Network in the community -Help inform and sustain Boone’s image and brand as a leading graphic design and print & mail provider -Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders -Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives -Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to build growth -Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) -Prepare reports on account status and track client relationships -Collaborate with Business Development team to identify and grow opportunities within territory -Assist with challenging client requests or solve internal or client issues as needed Requirements: -Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales-related position -Knowledge of the Print industry preferred but not required Pay: -Full time position with starting wage determined by qualifications.
