Sales/Custom Apparel Project Manager

Lab Seven is seeking an experienced and results-driven salesperson to join our team. • Get them to commit to the project • Generate and qualify leads via phone, networking and email • Schedule sales appointments and activities, managing time well. • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value • Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction • Implement a consultative sales approach to educate customers in the world of apparel • Drive the sales process including crafting proposals and presenting product education • Work with our design team to close deals • Source and develop client referrals • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales • Provide sales pipeline reports as needed • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals • Continuously improve through feedback from customers, co-workers and sales managers. This industry is ideal for repeat customers so it will be expected that this teammate build and nurture those relationships.
