They are committed to addressing the unspoken challenges of parenthood with authenticity, empowering parents with reliable tools and information.How You Will Make An ImpactOur client is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic marketing team and contribute to the continued growth of their brand. The Senior Packaging Graphic Designer will ensure that all creative assets align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and production of packaging assets, ensuring consistency across all formats, including digital, print, and in-store collateral.Develop engaging and on-brand visual assets for the company’s website, email campaigns, social media platforms, advertisements, and presentations.Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from initial concepting to production, quality control, and final release.Maintain brand consistency while adapting designs to various formats and platforms.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Marketing, Brand Management, Sales, and Product Development to align design initiatives with business objectives.Stay informed on industry trends, design innovations, and packaging advancements to continually enhance the brand’s visual identity.Perform photo retouching and visual enhancements as needed.Meet regularly with the Marketing Director to align on creative priorities and project timelines.What You Will NeedBachelor’s Degree in Design, Graphic Arts, or a related field.3-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency.Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite 5.5+, particularly:Illustrator: Strong knowledge of applications for both print and digital assets.Photoshop: Advanced skills in digital productivity, including Smart Objects, Layer Comps, and Effects.InDesign: Extensive experience creating multi-page layouts for print.Knowledge of AfterEffects and the ability to storyboard concepts in Illustrator is a plus.Strong understanding of digital printing processes and file preparation.Familiarity with photography, illustration, typography, and digital formats.Experience preparing and releasing banner ads, website pages, and email campaigns.Knowledge of coding for Mailchimp is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.Proficiency in GSuite (GSlides, GDocs) and Asana project management software.Salary: $110K-160K/yr based on experience + benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
