Athena Manufacturing LP is hiring for a silk screen operator with graphic arts experience. Including, but not limited to, creating/printing design, pattern, letter, or other images per customer specifications, setting up the silk screen machine, installing and adjusting fixtures, setting and adjusting speed, temperature, ink flow, positions and pressure tolerance of equipment, maintain appropriate ink levels, mix inks to ensure proper color, troubleshoot any printing quality or equipment issues, maintain and clean all equipment and supplies, and perform other jobs or functions as assigned by their supervisor/manager. The ideal candidate will show proven reliability, self-motivated, coachable, at least (2) years of experience in both screen printing and graphic arts/design, proficient in Adobe Illustrator, ability to read and interpret customer drawings (blueprints), an eye for detail, and the ability to follow and execute printing specifications and requirements of our clients. at least (2) year of silk screen printing and graphic design in Adobe Illustrator, and Athena Manufacturing, LP is a career minded company who cares about their employees and their success.
