Job Requirements: A minimum of 1 year 4 color manual press operation experience and or 1 year automatic screen printing press 6+ Colors ( M&R Guantlet or comparable ) operation equipment is preferred. Monitor print quality during production and identify any issues if they arise and take appropriate corrective action to resolve. Strong color management techniques with an ability to mix or match PMS Pantone colors. Be able to work with a team and to direct support staff to assist you in production as needed.
