What You’ll Be Doing • Creating production-ready color separations for screen printing • Setting up artwork for multi-color jobs, spot color, halftones, and simulated process • Cleaning up customer art and building designs from scratch when needed • Working directly with production to make sure art actually prints correctly • Prepping files for screens, films, and press setup • Managing multiple jobs with real deadlines • Ability to design and separate with printability in mind, not just looks • Attention to detail and the ability to work fast without screwing things up • Reliable, organized and not allergic to production pressure Pay • Based on experience.
