Wilderness Trail Bikes is a pioneering Mill Valley-based bicycle component supplier. We are a dynamic, entrepreneurial company looking for a proactive, resourceful Administrative/Graphic Assistant. To be successful in this role, you must possess: • 2-3 years of administrative assistant experience • Ability to self-motivate, work quickly and efficiently, manage time, and meet deadlines • Capacity to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues • Positive mental attitude • Exceptional attention to detail • Organizational skills (including digital and paper filing) • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of standard office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers, business telephone systems), and ability to type quickly and accurately • Computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Must be able to lift 50 pounds • Must be able to remain in a stationary position during entire shift • Perform other duties as directed Desirable skills: • Graphics/Design skills using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign What we offer: This position is in office, 20-30 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
