I am looking for a skilled freelance graphic designer who can take my basic design outline and convert it to a design for a single web page using InDesign. Once the final draft is approved, this page will then be turned into a simple HTML page (with CSS) to load online. *** Please understand that I work remotely on-screen with all of my designers to adjust and tweak all work. If the test is successful, a larger stream of work will come. The fee listed is for the one page test only.
