Working in close partnership with the Executive Director, the Member Communications Specialist will have the following key responsibilities: Develop marketing strategies Create exciting emails that generate high response Design and post website graphics and content Create/source copy for publication online and in eNews Produce segmented communications for members and marketing efforts Develop print materials from concept to production including showcase materials, calendar copy, training modules, webinar materials, conference program and design elements Location - Employees of NCA primarily work independently from home offices. Skills: Proven experience in marketing and communications Experience in WordPress and content production is a plus Experience in copywriting and editing Solid understanding of project management principles Working knowledge of MS Office; experience with Smartsheets is an asset Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Outstanding organizational and planning abilities Proficient command of English BSc/BA in marketing, communications or relevant field, preferred - work experience may substitute Who We Are - We are a National Association which provides education, support, and resources to organizations who administer the USDA Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).
