Crosstown is seeking to fill a part time executive assistant / graphic design position. The candidate should be computer savvy, knowledgeable in social media and preferably well versed in the real estate field (commercial specifically). We are willing to train the right person. Part Time - May Turn into Full Time Responsibilities • Property listing implementation (use various services for real estate listings) • Canvas to new prospective owners / clients • Discover clients' criteria and locate commercial spaces that fit their criteria • Generate listing set ups and assist agents / brokers • Send daily email campaigns Qualifications • 1-2 years of office related work • Graphic design skills (photoshop) • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial • Strong communication skills • Organized • Well versed with social media
