Senior Architectural Designer

Denise Hall Montgomery Architecture is seeking a talented Senior Architectural Designer to join our creative team. We are open to candidates that are seeking a flexible schedule. Experience in an Architecture office that includes work on design development and construction documents are a must. Responsibilities: The position will have a heavy emphasis on document production in AutoCAD and SketchUp 3D modeling. Specific duties for this position include: • Providing general support in all phases of planning, design and construction • Assistance in preparation of planning and design presentation graphics • 3-D modeling for presentations, promotional material, and design studies • An integral role in the preparation of construction drawings • Materials and fabrication research • Maintenance of accurate, current and well-organized project files • Regular communication with project team about project updates and schedules Additionally, any experience in writing, working in a design/build practice, or any other computer software relevant to the practice of architecture will be considered favorably.
