Senior Art Director

We are looking for a Senior Art Director who is ready for more. This is a growth-track role for a strong creative who wants to expand beyond execution and step deeper into concept development, integrated storytelling, and team leadership. You’ll partner closely with Brand Strategists and Creative leadership to develop brand platforms and campaigns — shaping ideas that move seamlessly from strategy through execution across channels. You understand that brand is the foundation and storytelling is the multiplier. What We Are Looking For • 5–7 years of experience in an agency or comparable creative environment • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign thinking, and integrated creative execution • Experience collaborating with production teams and leading creative through execution • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, and After Effects • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills • Solid presentation and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
