Senior Art Director

This is not a remote position. You must work well with strong personalities and possess good communication skills. and supervises freelancers assigned to art director’s projects as requested by traffic manager.Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work well under pressure is a must.Meets with account executives/traffic manager as required ensuring timely, accurate completion of assigned projects.Keeps senior art director/creative director informed of need to upgrade design-related computer hardware/software. Maintains said equipment/supplies for use in the creative department.Has working knowledge of computer design software and hardware and strives to stay current in level of knowledge and abilities.Job Qualifications:3+ years design experience in an agency setting is required.Must possess exceptional computer skills. Attention to detail.Comprehensive photo-retouching and image editing skills.Strong Adobe Creative Cloud suite experience.Demonstrated ability to think creatively and provide marketable solutions in conceiving, developing, and producing tactics.A team player.An understanding of the residential real estate industry is a huge plus.Must be willing to do what it takes to get the job done.Job Skills Required:Mastered composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces (i.e., attention to detail, good knife).Comprehensive computer photo-retouching and image development skills.Demonstrate Complete Understanding of:Color theory and color relationships.Knowledge and appreciation of typography, both from a technical standpoint and a creative standpoint.Perspective and space relationshipsPage composition and grid structures.Print production process, knowledge of production techniques, and correct disking procedures.Photography and the photographic process.Demonstrated Ability to:Communicate thorough knowledge of assigned product(s).Provide effective direction at photo shoots.Effectively check and approve work on press.Effectively collect electronic materials for output.Effectively handle multiple assignments at one time.Manage challenging situations both internally and with the client.Command respect of freelancers and designers and be able to effectively oversee their work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
