In this senior, IC role you shape visual storytelling for Okta’s global demand-gen efforts, blending brand excellence with performance marketing. You lead concepting and end-to-end art direction across campaigns for AI, identity, and developer platforms, guiding prospects through complex journeys and driving pipeline growth. You’ll work closely with demand gen and copy teams to scale assets, uphold brand standards, and iterate using data. This is a high-impact role at a fast-moving, mission-driven company.

Responsibilities

Lead campaign art direction for global demand-gen initiatives with clear visual identity and design standardsDirect end-to-end digital systems: multi-channel asset suites across conversion funnel (paid, landing pages, product tours, gated reports, email journeys)Collaborate with Growth Strategy teams to translate briefs, targets, and concepts into visualsAnalyze performance data (A/B tests, heatmaps) and iterate designs accordinglyScale brand guidelines into high-conversion channels while maintaining accessibility and responsive web standardsCreate reusable design toolkits (Figma components, templates, layout systems) for rapid productionFoster collaboration with copywriters, motion designers, web producers, and external agencies
Key requirements
