As part of the Intuit Customer Success and Virtual Expert Platform (VEP), you'll work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to conceptualize and create compelling stories that influence and inspire. VEP is the platform that drives AI-powered digital expertise and AI-assisted human expertise for all Intuit customers. Our capabilities are central to Intuit's Big Bet 2 (connect people to experts) and essential to delivering services across Intuit including TurboTax Live, TurboTax FullService, and QuickBooks Live.
