Senior Brand Designer

The Senior Brand Designer plays a key role on the internal creative team, helping to define and elevate the company’s brand across all internal and external touchpoints. This role is responsible for leading the visual design of high-impact creative projects — from marketing campaigns and events to executive communications and brand system development. What You'll Need • 8+ years of professional design experience, preferably within a B2B tech company or creative agency serving enterprise clients • A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, campaign work, and multi-channel design projects with high visual and conceptual quality • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and familiarity with motion/interactive tools like After Effects or Principle is a plus • Experience working within and contributing to brand or design systems • Excellent visual design skills with a strong grasp of typography, layout, hierarchy, and composition • Clear and confident communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback effectively • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • A collaborative mindset and proactive, solution-oriented approach to creative challenges This is the base pay range for this position.
