Position Summary

HBK isseekingan exceptionally talented Senior Brand Designer to join our dynamic Marketing & Growth team. This role is critical to elevating our visual communications across all channels and supporting our upcoming brandrefreshinitiative. The ideal candidate is a creative professional withstrong designfundamentals, a modern aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling visual storytelling. Required Qualifications

Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field

4-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in professional services, B2B marketing, or agency environment

Demonstrated experience with brand development, identity systems, or brand refresh initiatives

Portfoliodemonstratingexceptional design skills, versatility, and sophisticated aesthetic judgment

Technical Skills

Expert-levelproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy

Experience designing for both digital and print media

Proficiencyin creating production-ready files for various output methods

Knowledge of current design trends and best practices

Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills with ability to present and defend creative concepts

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in accounting, financial services, or professional services industry

Motion graphics or video editing capabilities

Proficiencyin Figma or other design system tools

Advanced PowerPoint or presentation design skills

Experience with social media content creation and platform specifications

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CMS (WordPress)

Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles

BENEFITS WE OFFER:

Salary Range:$70,000-$80,000
