Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Designer

Reports To: Creative Brand Director

Position Summary:

Soucie Horner Design Collective (SHDC) is seeking a Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Designer to help elevate and execute marketing initiatives across our three businesses: Interiors, SHIIR Rugs, and The Wickwood Inn.

This role is ideal for a highly creative, digitally savvy marketing professional who combines strong graphic design skills with a deep understanding of digital marketing, audience engagement, and brand storytelling. Working closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team, this person will help bring campaigns, content, events, and business development initiatives to life across multiple platforms and channels.

The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, marketer, and problem-solver—organized, strategic, collaborative, and excited to help build a growing lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Creative Execution

Design and produce marketing materials across digital, print, presentation, and social media platformsSupport the execution of campaigns, publications, events, presentations, and business development materialsEnsure consistency and excellence across all brand touch points

Digital Marketing & Content

Support email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, and audience communicationsAssist with website content updates and digital marketing initiativesManage content publishing and scheduling across social media platformsCollaborate on content creation and campaign execution across all three brands

Analytics & Performance

Track and report on key marketing performance metricsMonitor social media, email, and website performanceIdentify opportunities to improve engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectivenessHelp connect marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes

Organization & Operations

Manage multiple projects and deadlines across SHDC, SHIIR, and Wickwood

Maintain organized workflows and project management systemsCollaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, hospitality, sales, and leadership teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications8+ years of professional experience in a design studio or agencyProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Microsoft Office/365 SuiteExperience with WordPress, Elementor, Active Campaign email templates with basic experience in HTML and CSSFamiliarity with AI-assisted creative tools and digital trendsAbility to develop multiple creative concepts and campaign ideas aligned with brand and marketing goals that translate through Instagram, LinkedIn, Sub-stack, TikTok, YouTube and other channelsExperience or interest in luxury lifestyle, architecture and design brands a plusStrong understanding of current digital marketing, social media, and content trendsExcellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
