OverviewMMR is seeking aGraphic Designerthat is responsible for creating visual concepts that communicate ideas, engage audiences, and support brand identity. This role combines creativity, technical skills, and collaboration to produce high-quality design across print and digital platforms. This in-office position is located at the company’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and will report to Jennifer Macha, Creative Director.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-impact creative assets across multiple channels that translate business strategy into visual communicationIndependently create high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to:Marketing materials – brochure, presentation decks, one pagers, social media graphics, MMR Cookbook, tradeshow collateralInternal communications – quarterly magazine, intranet design, email marketingEvent branding – annual Christmas party, client events (e.g., Mardi Gras, Masters, hunting and fishing excursions), internal events (e.g., MMR Madness, dodgeball tournament, luncheons), annual fishing tournament, and moreEnvironmental graphics – equipment wraps, office graphics, suite designsBuild and manage scalable design systems and templates to enable consistency across 30+ locationsElevate creative quality, continuously advancing the organization’s visual standard and your own personal skillsetBe a solution-oriented, team player that contributes to the overall success of the marketing departmentWhat We’re Looking ForEducation: A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or related field is preferred. A strong portfolio showcasing past design and production work is required.
