Job Description: This a collaborative role that partners with various teams to ensure that all assets align with Southwest's brand and follow brand standards and guidelines. This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work at a Company facility at least three days a week. • Understand and support the Brand Style Guidelines and Brand Voice Guidelines • Collaborate with internal copywriters and designers to develop creative assets that adhere to our brand standards • Attend creative huddles to present and evaluate creative work to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and follow channel best practices • Review strategy and creative briefs to gain understanding of business objectives during project kick-offs • Apply digital-first mindset and digital best practices in translating business needs and strategic initiatives into visual design. • Southwest will help fund your 401(k) retirement savings with Company contributions up to 9.3% of your eligible earnings**
