Senior Creative Designer

Lead the design and development of digital and print advertising, website and email, logos, collateral, presentations, and other marketing, sales, and promotional materials that reflect Opry Entertainment Group's (OEG) brands, including the Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, Ole Red, ACL Live, Category 10, and other brands and channel communications while achieving the objectives of specific programs and initiatives. • Lead the design and delivery of creative projects, ensuring alignment with OEG's brand standards. Ensure all creative materials are aligned with brand identity while continuously optimizing creative and messaging to drive business performance and achieve marketing goals. Review and provide feedback on designs to ensure the product is on brand and to concept or brief and traffic for final approval. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Excellent communication skills to articulate design and creative concepts clearly and accept feedback positively and professionally, implementing changes as needed to drive results • Creativity and versatility in designing solutions to marketing challenges -- 1) ability to design impactful, results-driven brand and performance creative that addresses marketing challenges across digital, social, in-venue, OOH, and print media and 2) ability to produce professional concepts, page layouts with apt integration of copy, photography, and illustrations effectively, ensuring alignment with campaign goals • Ability to conceptualize ideas and work with copywriters and other creatives to bring brand campaigns, performance creative, and marketing activations to life • Superior skill in the production of work from well-crafted design to tidy file structures and efficiency in managing files across vendor portals • Curious about new ways to produce branding and creative, and willing to dive in and try it, whether disruptive art installations, video, and photography for new platforms or concepting event and festival designs • Ability to organize information and elements across branding and campaigns for consistency and quality • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of assets and multiple priorities • Strong digital design skills with a deep understanding of platform-specific design needs, ensuring optimized creative for each medium • Enthusiasm for creativity, art, and design mixed with fine attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Ability to supervise and mentor graphic design interns and freelance artists, as well as supervise agency staffers responsible for brand marketing projects as needed
