Senior Creative Designer

As a Senior Creative Designer you will: • Conceptualize and create graphics for proposals and presentations, project-specific efforts, and corporate initiatives • Research and understand industry and design trends • Support creation of video assets and digital projects, such as company apps, website, intranet, and digital signage • Proactively review and update design of marketing and communications materials, including templates for brochures, proposals, and presentations as well as advertisements, invitations, email headers, and trade show booths as necessary • Provide creative support for office and division events and activities, such as division manager and healthcare skillset trainings, Safe Ops summits, town hall meetings, and video wall needs • Act as a creative resource for the marketing and communications teams, including leading regular training • Strategize with operations, business development, and departments regarding creative needs • Collaborate with department peers about best practices and lessons learned • Manage workload of graphics requests within Salesforce and proactively help creative team balance workload • Use different types of photographic equipment and photography software • Manage client expectations and complete projects with minimal direction • Serve as an active member with local design, industry, or nonprofit organization Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience We’re looking for someone who has: • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field required • 5-10 years of prior experience in a fast-paced, design-related role preferred • Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and other video editing software, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Open Asset, and Prezi • Excellent time management, organization, and teamwork skills • Displays commitment to support overall efforts of the marketing group with the expectation that additional hours may be required • Broad understanding of construction industry • Availability for occasional local and out-of-town travel (5%) The above description covers the principal duties and responsibilities of the job.
