Senior Custom Graphic Designer - Apparel Job at Sportiqe in Phoenix

Our office is located in Tempe, AZ, but we are open to remote work if you live out of state. WHO YOU ARE FOR THE TEAMYou have 5 years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills in apparel or fashion graphics, with a focus on t-shirts, hoodies, and other wearable items. You seek out feedback and input from others using it to grow as a designer and deliver the best possible outcome for clients.Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTEDesign custom graphics, illustrations, patterns, and typography specifically for clothing, ensuring the artwork is suitable for print or embroidery on various types of apparel.Create mood boards, design sketches, and mockups to brainstorm and develop design directions for apparel graphics.Revise designs based on client / Creative Directors feedback.Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion, graphic design, and streetwear trends to ensure designs remain fresh, innovative, and relevant to the target market.Ensure Art requests are facilitated on time and kicked out with great quality, communicating on status updates, and driving new levels of performance, efficiency and quality for the team.Help Sportiqe grow through re-orders (i.e. deliver awesome artwork that makes customers want to come back again and again) and through new business (i.e. being known for awesome artwork delivering art to prospects when they need it)Create apparel graphics for some of the biggest brands in the country from sports teams and bands to lifestyle brands including our own D2C Sportiqe brand.Communicate effectively with clients, sales, and operations teams to execute and deliver on our 100% comfort guarantee.
