In 2019, East Penn Manufacturing, one of the world’s leading battery manufacturers, acquired majority interest in Navitas Systems. and accurately convey design intent • Review and approve all designs before they are sent to product engineering • Stay up to date with the latest CAD technology and industry trends • Manage CAD system updates and rollout timing with IT; develop the CAD system data flows and integration with different systems i.e. Altium, SW Electrical, Abaqus, SW PDM and the ERP system to reduce errors and improve design integrity • Collaborates and receives guidance from the Lead Engineers, Managers/Program Planning team to ensure designs meet target requirements; coordinates with the project managers and lead product engineers with scheduling and workload planning estimates. • Responsible for meeting team targets and key performance indicators • Participate in activities needed to support the management functions of the team.
