Senior Designer

This role has a minimum base pay from $17.30 per hour with higher starting pay available based on experience. Purpose: Essential Functions • Build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store • Schedule and conduct design appointments; develop clientele through networking, referrals, and store-generated leads • Advise customers on tile, wood, stone, and accessories for residential and commercial projects • Design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing project solutions • Manage multiple customer projects with high accuracy, timeliness, and strong follow-up communication • Utilize company tools such as Salesforce, Online Design Appointment Scheduler, and MyProject • Collaborate and communicate with store leadership to manage inquiries through installation • Engage in current and emerging local design trends • Participate in local professional organizations (e.g., ASID, NKBA) • Support company initiatives by modeling and coaching best practices • Perform additional duties as assigned Floor & Decor provides equal employment opportunities to all associates and applicants without regard to age, race, color, religion or creed, national origin or ancestry, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, ethnicity, citizenship, or any other category protected by law.
