Akkodis is seeking aSenior Designerfor a contract position with a client inSan Jose, CA (Hybrid) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end user journeys and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility.Rate Range :$45 / hour to $60 / hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.Senior Designer job responsibilities include :Own the evolution of the DPO user interface and user experience, designing end-to-end user journeys, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes.Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to align design solutions with business needs and technical feasibility.Create prototypes to socialize ideas, support usability testing, and demonstrate interactive behaviors to Front-End teams.Gather and analyze user feedback to inform design iterations and uncover areas for innovation.Help build and scale reusable components within the design system for consistency across experiences.Advocate for user-centricity, accessibility, and inclusive design across all aspects of the product.Desired Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.5+ years of experience in UX / UI design.Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions and user-centered design principles.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.If you are interested in this role, please clickAPPLY NOW .
