About the position The Senior Designer is an integral member of the Fig Industries team who will encourage creativity\nby being a collaborative and enthusiastic design professional. Responsibilities Design each issue of Fig magazine as well as all collateral associated with the brandCommunicate and collaborate with the Fig Magazine Managing Director on timelines, continual\ninnovations, and creative solutionsAttend planning meetings and participate with ideas with a collaborative spiritLead all graphic and sourcing-related details on designated Fig magazine projects\nwhile maintaining budgeted hours through efficient time-keeping and trackingWork independently as well as collaboratively on Fig magazine. This includes, but is not limited to,\ncustomer advertisements, cover concepts and execution, page design execution, customer changes,\nand proper file managementCollaborate on creative concepts, art direct photo shoots, utilize page layout skills, and work with\nthe Managing Director to meet established production deadlinesCommunicate and collaborate with the Marketing Director and Founder on design solutionsCollaborate and develop concepts for Fig Industries branding and marketing projects such as logos,\ncampaigns, collateral, and websites.Attend client meetings, photo sessions, and press checks when needed for client projects.Present design concepts to clients, engage with clients during the design process, and seek feedbackTake responsibility for all graphic and sourcing-related details on designated Fig Industries projects\nwhile maintaining budgeted hours through efficient time-keeping and trackingMaintain skill set through continued education and research of new trends in the industryConsistently impress our clients with creative design solutions, ensure profitability of design with\neffective time management and communication, and consistently seek development opportunities.Requirements
