We are expanding into licensed entertainment IP activewear and building a creative team to support a diverse portfolio of global properties. About the Role What You’ll Do • Lead design direction for bold, graphic, heroic entertainment IP within our activewear category • Create dynamic character graphics, powerful silhouettes, emblematic icons, and action-driven compositions • Develop placement graphics, engineered art, typographic treatments, and tech-inspired motifs • Translate style-guide rules, character proportions, posing guidelines, and visual tone frameworks into commercially strong designs • Build cohesive themed capsule collections around characters, symbols, and story arcs • Prepare production-ready artwork for licensor submissions with proper callouts and notes • Partner with the Licensing Coordinator on multi-round approvals, ensuring precise compliance • Collaborate with production, fit, and development teams using existing activewear silhouettes • Mentor and guide a junior graphic artist supporting the heroic/graphic lane • Balance fan-driven authenticity with retail-forward graphic direction Company DescriptionReflex Performance Resources Inc. is a global sourcing company that specializes in the manufacturing and sale of Activewear Apparel.
