Senior Designer / Art Director

Adcetera is looking for a senior creative with real talent: someone with a sharp eye, strong fundamentals, and a body of work that proves they can concept, craft, and deliver. You'll work alongside graphic and UI designers, motion designers, storyboard artists, web developers, copywriters, and more to build campaigns, digital experiences, and retail and event displays for a diverse roster of clients.

A foundation of great ideas and great craft comes first. From there, we want someone who embraces AI to extend what they can already do: working faster, exploring further, and pushing concepts beyond what traditional workflows allow. Above all, we're looking for someone creatively hungry, the kind of designer who keeps up with the latest in design, technology, and industry innovation, and genuinely thrives on it. What you'll do

Concept and execute brand work across web, digital, social, and event/display environmentsDesign and prototype web and digital experiences in FigmaUse AI image and video tools to accelerate ideation, develop concepts, and refine assets to a finished, brand-ready standardCollaborate with motion, interactive, and development teams to bring ideas to life, often under tight timelines

What you bring

3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house creative environmentA digital portfolio (website preferred) that demonstrates strong original creative work and blends traditional design with modern, AI-driven workflowsStrong command of design principles, typography, and web/video standardsExpert-level Figma skills for web and digital designAdvanced Photoshop skills: compositing, retouching, and color workStrong Illustrator skillsProven proficiency with AI image generation and editing, plus hands-on experience with AI video tools, applied with the same judgment and taste you bring to the rest of your workA genuine curiosity about where design and technology are heading, and a habit of bringing new ideas and tools to the tableAbility to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative attitude and comfort presenting and defending your ideasBachelor's or associate degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience
