WHAT YOU'LL OWNDesign, build, and maintain digital marketing materials, landing pages, email campaigns, social graphics, and brand collateral that cut through.Partner with the web team to create user-friendly, responsive websites that look sharp and hold up to UX/UI best practices.Collaborate with video, accounts, copywriters, and developers to make sure the creative is cohesive from concept to delivery.Bring real ideas to brainstorms, not just executions. We want your creative brain in the room, not just your hands on the keyboard.Juggle multiple projects simultaneously without letting quality slip or deadlines slide.Stay sharp on design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring what you learn back to the team. Agency background is a strong plus.A portfolio that spans print and digital and proves you can do both with range and intention.Mastery of Adobe Creative SuiteA solid command of design principles: typography, layout, color, and branding that goes beyond surface-level.The ability to develop digital solutions independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.Strong time management - you own your deadlines and don't need to be chased.Thick skin when it comes to feedback and the instinct to iterate quickly and improve.
