Who is Allbirds? We’re searching for a Senior Designer — Content & Growth with deep experience in paid media and a strong command of AI-driven creative tools. You’ll help shape and scale the visual expression of Allbirds across all digital touchpoints—from performance marketing campaigns to on-site experiences to rapid, scrappy content capture. • Partner with the Creative Director, Art Director, and Growth Marketing team to concept and design digital assets for paid social, display, programmatic, and mobile campaigns, ensuring brand and performance goals align. • Lead scrappy, real-world content capture—both still and motion—including the ability to quickly create iPhone-driven content, DIY tests, and fast-turn experiments alongside more polished shoots.
